Frequently Asked Questions and Solutions

Start with your account, subscription and client import, then troubleshoot connection, route and billing issues in order. Answers follow the current service rules. For order-specific questions, submit a ticket from the user panel.

Account

Account & Subscriptions

Account setup, subscription access, configuration updates and device changes can all be handled from the user panel. Confirm your account and subscription status first, then troubleshoot the client; this usually makes the cause easier to identify.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Save both credentials securely, and avoid using details that are easy to forget or identical to those used for other services. After creating your account, open the user panel to view plans, orders and client access. Use the same login details whenever you manage your subscription.

Where can I get my subscription after activation?

Log in to the user panel, confirm your order and plan status, then obtain the relevant subscription from the client access area. Import the subscription directly into a supported client; there is no need to look for static installers or public links on marketing pages. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux.

How do I sync an updated subscription link with my client?

First obtain the current subscription again from the user panel, then open your client and run Update Subscription or refresh the configuration. If old routes are still shown, delete the old configuration and import the current subscription again. Before doing so, confirm that the saved link belongs to the current 34VPN subscription, so you do not keep refreshing a disabled or third-party configuration.

Do I need to buy again when changing devices?

No separate purchase is needed when you change devices, and device use is unlimited. Sign in to the user panel on the new device, then get the client for that platform and the current subscription. If the old device is no longer in use, remove its saved subscription and login session to keep your personal configuration organized.

Connections

Connections & Troubleshooting

Connection issues usually come from an outdated subscription, mismatched client rules, changes to the local network or multiple network tools running at once. Following a fixed troubleshooting order is usually more effective than reinstalling everything repeatedly.

Why are no routes shown after importing my subscription?

First confirm that you imported the complete subscription rather than incorrect content copied after opening it in a browser. Then run Update Subscription in the client. If routes still do not appear, remove the configuration and obtain the subscription again from the user panel. Also check that the client is allowed to access the network and that the system date and time are correct.

Why does a particular App not use the proxy?

Some apps use their own connection method or do not follow the client’s current routing rules. Try switching to a broader connection mode, then fully quit and reopen the app. If the browser works but one app does not, check the client rules, the app cache and the system’s network permissions.

How should I troubleshoot a route that suddenly will not connect?

Refresh the subscription and switch to another route, then disconnect and reconnect the client. Next check whether the local network is working, the system time is correct and other network tools are also taking over the connection. If several routes fail across different networks, submit a ticket from the user panel and include the error message.

Can I keep using my old configuration after changing clients?

Different clients may handle configuration formats and rules differently, so directly transferring a local configuration exported by the old client is not recommended. A more reliable approach is to obtain the current subscription again from the user panel and import it into the new client. Once the connection works, adjust the routing rules for your actual needs.

Routes

Speed & Routes

Choose routes based on the target service and connection stability. Region, app and local network conditions all affect performance, and one result does not represent every route.

What should I do about slowdowns during peak hours?

Refresh the subscription in the client, then compare other routes in the same region. If the destination allows it, a nearby region may also reduce fluctuations caused by congested routes. Keep local network conditions consistent while troubleshooting, and pause bandwidth-heavy downloads or sync tasks so local congestion is not mistaken for a route problem.

How should I choose a route region?

Prioritize a stable route near the region where the target service is located; the shortest geographical distance is not always best. Stability matters most for browsing, work and sustained transfers. When region-specific content is required, choose the corresponding region. If performance fluctuates, compare different routes for the same use case instead of repeatedly changing every setting.

How should I choose a route for AI Tools or Streaming?

Start by choosing a region supported by the target service, then compare routes within that region. If a page opens but sign-in, playback or a conversation is interrupted, refresh the subscription, clear the target app’s cache and switch to another route in the same region. Region detection may also be affected by an old session, so reopen the app or browser page after changing routes.

How broad is the route coverage?

Current coverage includes 100+ countries / 230+ routes. Routes are organized by region and use case. Start with the global nodes page, then check the current list in your client. The coverage figures describe the available range; choose an actual connection based on the target service, local network and current route status.

Billing

Billing & Refunds

Monthly subscriptions and data packages follow different data rules. Confirm your usage frequency before choosing, then check the current order and plan status. For refunds, submit a ticket through the user panel.

How are monthly subscriptions billed and data reset?

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB (data resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days). Choose a tier based on your typical usage and check the current plan status in the user panel.

Does a data package reset each month?

Data packages (use until depleted, never expire): ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Unlike monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date, they suit users with irregular usage who prefer to allocate data according to actual consumption. Distinguish between the two billing models before purchasing.

What happens if I upgrade a monthly subscription mid-cycle?

For a mid-cycle monthly subscription upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, review your current plan and available tiers in the user panel, then confirm the change. If you only need more data temporarily, compare the billing rules for monthly subscriptions and data packages first rather than treating their validity rules as the same.

How do I request a refund, and which payment methods are supported?

34VPN offers a 7-day refund policy. Log in to the user panel to submit a ticket, provide the relevant order and refund request, and keep the order status available for verification. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Refund handling is subject to the original order and the refund policy page.

Self-Troubleshooting Did Not Resolve the Issue

Before submitting a ticket, note the current client, selected route, error message and steps already attempted. The more complete the information, the easier it is to determine whether the issue involves the account, configuration, local network or route.

Get the Current Subscription

Get the current subscription from the user panel, refresh the client configuration, and confirm that you are not still using an old configuration or subscription content from another service.
